The plan is early, requires rezoning, and doesn’t include designated affordable units yet… This development pairs with several other downtown projects already in motion: 🌳Town Green: This is a roughly two-acre park and event lawn on North Avondale Road that opened in 2022, with paths, pavilions, and seating, and it recently earned ULI Atlanta recognition. 🧱The Dale: This is ~24k square feet of brick storefronts connected to the Town Green, and its first tenants include a rooftop bar, award-winning gelato, a bookstore, pizza, and a modern dental office, all overlooking the Green.
