Every studio needs a power object.
Mine just happens to be a signed Crystal Method poster telling me to keep making music.
I took a brief, unplanned detour from the studio (life happened, machines revolted), but the message never changed:
Don’t stop. Just recalibrate.
So… recalibrated.
New music. New ideas. New noise.
And yes, BPM is making a triumphant return very soon!
Sometimes you don’t need motivation.
You just need a reminder on the wall from people who’ve already done the thing!
Back at it!

Found myself in an Amsterdam record store today… because nothing says Barely Popular Music like digging for vinyl no one else wanted in the 90s! Amsterdam record store haul: 80’s synths, 90’s basslines, and at least one regret. Perfect BPM fuel. 🎧
