To all our Gen-X Muscle friends and family, My mother passed on January 13, 2023. I'm still in the healing process and I wanted to a way to keep my mother's presence with me during the remaining time of my life. was able to capture and transfer my mother's presence to my own physical being. Fantastic job!! And to the Gen-X Muscle family, sorry for the delay in replenishing a number of our products. It's been a tough one.

PSA for Black men over 45!! If you opt to take a Cologuard test instead of a colonoscopy please note that your doctor, insurance, or Cologuard will state the interval between testing is 3 yrs. I argued against this standard quoting research which shows Black men have a higher risk for colon cancer than White men. This test is around $700-$800, so insurance companies will refuse to pay if the interval is less than 3 yrs. Needless to say my argument WON and Humana is paying and Cologuard is testing even though they previously refused to do so.
