Resting Nomad

I just finished crafting this piece for an order and was sitting here in gratitude for all the times I have made this little spiral nose stud to order. I first created it as jewelry for myself because I couldn’t seem to find what I was searching for, so I decided to make it. Then I thought to myself that if I like it this much, I bet others would, too. I’m glad that I decided to flow with that thought and allow it to lead me here.

When I finished today’s order, I wondered to myself… How many times have I made this? Well, turns out I have crafted this little adornment 142 times! & every time with immense gratitude. 🥰

I think that I have a different craft for every finger that I can count on my two hands. Amongst the ten of them, one of them is woodworking. I especially love whittling.

These are my lil’ wee folk, as I like to call them. I only have one left in my studio at the moment, but I am feeling the call the bring another batch of them to life soon. 🥰 So many children that I love have these in their collection of toys, and it fills me with joy knowing that my little folk are all scattered about in loving homes. 💛

Every once in a while I receive a message about crafting a custom order and I wind up loving the result so much that I add the listing to my shop, too. This is one of those… 💫

Big bold hammered copper hoops for pierce-less ears!
They pinch onto your earlobes and are held into place.

Recently my 4yo niece was staying over with me and asked me to make earrings for her even though her ears aren’t pierced, and so I created another new design that looks like stud earrings. They turned out so cute and stayed in place through hours of play! I forgot to photograph them, but I have a feeling that I’ll be making many more to come and bringing them with me to markets, and possibly adding some to my €ts¥ as well. 😊
