Thinking about buying a home? Get these things in order FIRST. 👇🏽

Multiple unpaid collections can make your credit profile a bigger risk.
❌ Recent late payments
30, 60, or 90-day late payments can hurt your approval chances.
❌ High DTI (Debt-to-Income Ratio)
Too much monthly debt compared to your income can make you harder to qualify.
❌ Low credit score
Your score can affect which loan programs you qualify for and the terms available to you.
❌ Unstable employment/income
Lenders need to verify qualifying income and determine that it is stable and likely to continue.
❌ Too much new credit
Opening multiple accounts or taking on new debt during the mortgage process can hurt your qualification.
❌ Unexplained large deposits
Large deposits may require documentation showing where the money came from.
❌ Insufficient funds
