The Chosen Sahara. This has been the loudest silence I’ve ever experienced. Distraction often delays honesty. If I could suggest anything to you in a wilderness season, it would be to cut everything out before you let anything in. You don’t have to do a year but try some period of time.

For years, I survived by storing my emotions for “later.”

But eventually, the drawer overflowed.

And honestly?
That collapse may have saved me.

If I could offer you any advice, it would be to deal with your stuff before it has to deal with you. Fall apart isn’t a day of the week, you just have to do it.
