At first glance, this cement board siding looked fine—but a closer inspection revealed loose siding, enlarged gaps, and deteriorating house wrap underneath. Small details like properly sealed butt joints can make a big difference in protecting the home from moisture. 🏠

Tape and rubber bands might fix a lot of things, but they definitely don’t belong near live electrical connections. ⚡ We see creative DIY solutions like this more often than you’d think!

😳 Well… there’s your problem.

A recent sewer scope uncovered a nearly 3-inch gap between disconnected pipes—right underneath the driveway. Exactly the kind of costly surprise you want to find before closing. 🔍🏠
