BEHIND THE EVENT: Now that you’ve seen the end, let’s start from the beginning. Heather told me she wanted a 90’s theme. I thought how great it would be to redo iconic album covers from that era.

We started our remakes with the invitation. Could it be more fitting to redo Aaliyah’s “Age A’int Nothin But A Number” for the invitation? And who remembers the iconic VIBE magazine. This was a nod to the best of the 90’s.

DRINKS. Each course for dinner was paired with a different whiskey cocktail. This one was our Basil Hayden Dark Rye Old Fashioned! 😍

DINNER. What would a dinner party be without a 4-course dinner. This was the main course, Pineapple Jerk Ribeye with Stuffed Lobster Tail served with Truffle Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Brussel Sprouts. 😋

SUNSET. As the sun set over the house we lit up the night with bistro lights. It was a whole vibe!
