Smoky Salmon Chowder✨ If you have my cookbook, I highly recommend making this delicious bowl of goodness right here this season. Loved by so many of you and for good reason because it’s absolutely divine. Inspired by our travels to Pike Place Chowder in Seattle, Washington. Lemony Kale and White Bean Salad. Inspired by the popular kale salad sold at Erewhon. It’s a little zingy and slightly sweet from the delicious lip-smacking lemon vinaigrette. Then there’s sun-dried tomatoes, which are really my favorite addition, because of their rich and concentrated umami flavor. And of course it’s got plenty of crunchy bits from the variety of seeds (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and h**p seeds). Lastly, white beans and avocado that really bring it on home, making this deliciousness even more nutritious and substantial. Top with a little freshly grated parmesan cheese, if you’re feeling cheesy. Stuffed Baked Sweet Potato with Crispy Seasoned Lentils. Topped with dressed arugula, avocado, pickled red onions, and a dollop of cottage cheese (sprinkled with a little everything bagel seasoning), all drizzled with hot honey. So GOOD!!
It’s been a while since I’ve shared a “no-recipe”. This one being inspired by the popular Sweet Potato Cottage Cheese Bowl…done quite differently. Let me know in the comments if you’d give this a try??
