Join us on Saturday, June 6, for our monthly Ahlan Saturday gathering!
This month, the women of our community will be preparing Mahshi (محشي) for us all to enjoy – a beloved Arab dish featuring zucchini and eggplants carefully hollowed and stuffed with rice and meat. A vegetarian option will also be available.
Known for its labor-intensive preparation and rich flavors, Mahshi is a dish often made with love, shared with family, and passed down through generations. We look forward to gathering around the table together and sharing this Arab favorite.

A great unique way for a corporate event. Our hall was booked yesterday to hold a conference, as well as an Arabic cooking class to end the day. Our “Rhythm & Spice” Team Building with Culinary & Musical Experiences is the best way to spend time with team mates, using our hall and projector for presentations, and finishing the experience with something new, flavorful and fun!

We love our Arabic Summer Camp “Zaytoona”, but what did the kids think? We asked their parents, and the answers made us love our camp even more!

This Saturday, May 16, we had our end of Spring semester celebration حَفلَتُنا “Haflatuna” (meaning ‘our celebration’) for our Arabic Language students. They sang, danced, and performed, all in Arabic, and we couldn’t be any prouder. This semesters theme was “our language is our identity”, and they embodied it fully along side theirs families and community. Cant wait to see them all next semester!
