Sometimes we get lost in busy-ness and feel like there isn't enough time for all the things! But you can take as little as 5 minutes to give yourself a little wellness break. Maybe today you can try stepping away from your work and doing a quick stretch.

Our favorite is a few half Sun Salutations! (If you're not familiar with it, stand up, stretch up tall with arms overhead, then fold forward and touch your toes or shins, look forward and lift halfway up, then fold forward again, and then reach for the sky - repeat!)

Ah yes, time. It's fleeting, isn't it?

We're always concerned about it, at the very least. We rush around, feeling as if there isn't enough time. Other days, we wish we could just stop time, even for a moment, to just feel the world around us, or to possibly catch up with ourselves and process our thoughts, ideas, and feelings.

What a lot of people experience during their float sessions is just that. It's as if time has no existence while floating. There is no clock, no timer in your face, no notifications pinging you, and no expectations. It's just a moment in the world where time doesn't seem to exist. Many people report having exceptional revelations while floating; others exclaim that they were able to sort their thoughts without outer interference. No matter how your float "time" goes, it's always a great way to prioritize yourself.
