2025 was a fulfilling and challenging year for me artistically! Getting out of my comfort zone and really trusting in my voice has been intimidating but rewarding. I performed on some dream sets, a very inspiring cabaret, and presented Acting for the Camera work at the Trilith Studios showcase!

I’m also grateful to the amazing film friends I’ve met and collaborated with this past year.

I want to continue discovering my artistic voice, in songwriting, film, and writing! It’s nice to realize I have so much to say, and to own my unique perspective.

Here’s to creating more in 2026!! Thank you to my friends, family, support system, and mentors who make pursuing my dreams possible. I’m been very humbled by your love this year 🥹

I had a lovely time getting into the Christmas Spirit with the cutest Christmas gig!

I’ve been on a wonderful fitness journey lately! My relationship with working out and fitness has been evolving over the years but now, it’s apart of my mental health and reset and recovery! I’m very thankful for my trainer who inspires me not only as a performer, but is so great at teaching how best to cross train. It’s not just about weight or weight loss, but true health and increasing stamina for performing and recovery from injuries. and her workouts kick my butt and challenge me in the best way lol. www.jetfitnesstraining.com

a dream is a wish your heart makes// and this run of Cinderella has simply been a dream! I have learned so much in these three months, including waltz lifts (!!), taking better care of myself while on a contract, and just being more open to everything! I wouldn’t change anything for the world. The people I have met have been wonderful, kind, and lovely! I am just so thankful. I am thankful to be back performing on stage again, since I have missed it so much since focusing more on film!! Here is to more theatre contracts in the future (?? 👀) 💙💙💜💜

I’m Aly Olvera, an actor, singer, and dancer based in ATL. I started as a dancer, graduated with my musical theatre BFA, and have been in the film industry in Atlanta for the past few years. I’m passionate about mindfulness and that is what inspired this account- to share my journey on this career as a “mindful actor” and becoming grounded in an industry that can be very trying at times. 🤩🤩🤩 thank you all for following my journey and being patient as I revamp this account!
