RECENT LOAN CLOSING: $6.76MM for the acquisition and change of ownership PIP on the SpringHill Suites by Marriott located in Dayton, OH. The property is an 84-room hotel that was built in 2007 and managed by Renascent Hospitality. Thanks to our team for another smooth and successful loan closing! We really enjoyed working with Nate Adamson, Karl Israelsen and the entire team at Blue Field Capital!
