Sullivan Wickley has successfully closed the sale of a 7 Brew Coffee NNN ground lease property in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, strategically positioned along a high-traffic retail corridor near Fort Campbell Military Base.
The newly constructed asset featured a 15-year ground lease with scheduled rental increases and strong operator backing. The transaction reflects continued investor interest in well-located drive-thru concepts offering long-term income stability and strong regional fundamentals.
