The quiet is part of what’s so rewarding in yoga. The concentration difficult poses require…All of your efforts are solely focused on obtaining the pose. Your mind doesn’t have room to wander. And once there you find quiet, peace, stillness. It’s a thing of beauty. This pose is called Chapasana. It has many benefits including increased core strength, balance and flexibility.
