A few things you'll never catch me doing as an Atlanta realtor. 🛑
Real estate can feel like a sales game from the outside, and I get why!
Some people are simply focused on hitting the number, closing the deal, and moving on to the next one. That's just never been the way I want to work.
For me, this job is so much more than handing over a set of keys.
It's helping someone find a place that actually fits the way they want to live, and being someone they can count on long after the closing paperwork is done.
The agents worth working with are the ones who treat your money, your time, and your future like it matters.
If you've been looking for someone who'll be honest with you even when it isn't the easy thing to say, I'd love to chat.

Selling your home is one of the biggest financial decisions you'll ever make, and the agent you trust with it should approach it that way too.
For me, that means showing up for every listing in Atlanta like it's my own home on the line.
Real strategy, real conversations, real attention to detail at every step.
It's the kind of process I'd want if I were the one selling, so it's the only kind I give my clients.
If you're thinking about listing in Atlanta this year and want someone who's all in, send me a message.

This new Atlanta listing is exactly the kind of home you'd be texting your group chat about within five minutes of walking in. 🤳
The kind of place that has you picturing slow weekend mornings, coffee in hand, before you even make it back to the car.
And the location? Close to all the best parts of Atlanta—without the hustle and bustle.
If this could be the one, comment HOME and I'll send you the link. 👇

What every seller in Atlanta needs to know before listing this summer.
The market has shifted, and the sellers winning right now are the ones paying attention. Not to headlines or doom-scroll predictions, but to the real numbers happening in their own neighborhood.
The strategy that worked two years ago isn't the same strategy that's going to work this season.
Pricing, prep, and timing all carry more weight than they used to, and getting any one of those wrong can cost you real money on the back end.
This isn't meant to scare anyone out of selling. It's meant to make sure that when you do, you're walking in with the full picture.
If you're thinking about listing this year and want to talk strategy before you ever pick a price, send me a message.

The worst real estate advice in Atlanta sounds right until it costs you money.
I hear the same myths every week. From clients, from DMs, from people repeating something they read online without checking if it actually held up.
Some of these are harmless. Others have cost people tens of thousands or set their plans back by months.
I'd rather be the agent who gives you the honest answer now than the one who stays quiet and lets you learn it the hard way.
If something on this list surprised you, send me a message. I'd love to hear which one (and answer the questions you've been holding onto).

A few reasons living in Atlanta right now is hitting different. 👉
There's something about the way this place shifts into summer that always catches me off guard. The pace picks up, the list of spots worth hitting gets longer, and the whole city feels like it's finally back in motion.
I've been making a real effort lately to actually slow down and enjoy what makes summer here so good—BeltLine evenings, patio season in Inman Park, and weekend plans that somehow always end up near Piedmont Park.
If you're new in town, thinking about moving to Atlanta, or just want to live here a little more like a local this season, I've got you covered.

The best local spots in Atlanta that locals would rather you didn't know about. 🤫
I cannot believe I'm sharing this so consider this your heads up to visit them now before everyone catches on.
Honorable mentions: 👇
Ponce City Market (Skyline Park): The views + snacks + games make it an easy “stay longer than planned” spot.
BeltLine Eastside Trail: Perfect for a summer walk, people-watching, and popping into patios along the way.
Morgan Falls Overlook Park: A quieter, underrated escape for river views, picnics, and sunset walks.
If you want even more spots in Atlanta worth gatekeeping this summer, I've got you.

A good realtor will help you buy a house. A great one will make sure it's actually the right one. 💯
When you're new to buying or selling, it's easy to assume every agent is basically doing the same job.
They show you homes, write offers, hand over keys. But the way an agent actually does that job is what separates a smooth move in Atlanta from a stressful one you're still telling stories about years later.
The best ones treat your move like it's their own. They take the time to understand the way you actually live, they slow you down when you need to be slowed down, and they're still around long after the boxes are unpacked.
That's the kind of agent worth holding out for.
If you're starting to think about a move and want someone who'll be in your corner the whole way through, I'd love to chat.

Your guide to summer events in Atlanta this June 👉
June is one of my favorite months because Atlanta fully comes alive. The patios are packed from the BeltLine to West Midtown, the calendar is loaded, and the weekends fill up fast.
I rounded up the events worth showing up for, the new spots everyone's about to be talking about, and a June bucket list you'll actually want to work through.
