The steak is prepared using a unique technique that creates the illusion of it being seared for only one minute. The result is a beautiful crust on one side and stunning ombré layers of doneness throughout the steak, creating a range of temperatures and textures in every bite.

Guests have been asking for its return for years, and as part of our 10 Years. 10 Favorites. Greatest Hits Menu, we knew it had to make a comeback.

What started as a vision in 2016 has grown into something far greater than we could have imagined, and that's because of each and every guest who has walked through our doors over the past decade.
