In this session Barrister Reza will map out the legal and regulatory structure for Trademarks, Copyrights and Patents, and similar Intellectual Property Rights. He will also provide an overview of the process of registering Trademarks and Copyrights before the Intellectual Property Organisation of Pakistan.
