Our Story
This story started at The University of Texas, when I was a college student who decided to assume full legal custody of my two younger sisters. I immediately realized I needed an income to financially provide for them. So, I chose to forego the rest of my college education in search of what I called “grown-up” money. Not having a degree, connections or experience created an obvious disadvantage in comparison to other candidates. My only play was to present a level of value that couldn’t be ignored. That’s when I began developing these subtle characteristics I call Corporate Swagger™. With these, I was able to stand toe to toe with my competition and in most cases was hired for roles that I was under-qualified for on paper. All I needed was a shot to prove myself. That’s what Corporate Swagger™ has done for me. I hope that it will do the same for you.
