What started as SoFu Lifestyle Magazine has fully evolved into something bigger.

Gagnant Media is now a full-fledged strategic communications consulting firm, with our key differentiator being our community outreach and community engagement.

We partner with organizations, institutions, and leaders to help them shape strategy, clarify their narrative, elevate visibility, build trust with key audiences, turn ideas into influence — and influence into impact.

Alongside my consulting work, I continue to show up as a speaker, moderator, and host, convening conversations that matter and creating space for leaders, brands, and communities to connect with intention.

Thank you to the for having me emcee their annual event again this year.

People suffering with this disease amaze me because they don’t let this thing stop them.

My dear friend, , who is now wheelchair bound due to MS, is still searching, still leading the effort, and still fighting to find a cure and make life better for people suffering frkm MS.

It makes me think every year: why are we so quick to give up, to throw in the towel when the only thing stopping is our minds? If people with physical disabilities can keep moving, why can’t we?

If you don’t remember anything this week, remember that you control your mind, not the other way around.

In business, moving forward means controlling your thoughts and clearing the mechanism, telling yourself it is when it isn’t. 😉

Get out there this week, and create something big. The world is waiting on you!
