As multicultural marketing experts, we have worked with many clients across industries. One of the clients that had the most impact on us was working with the Georgia Division of Family and Children Services on campaigns recruiting both foster and adoptive parents for kids in their care. The majority of these children are Black and Brown. This requires a specific type of understanding and outreach to resonate with these segments to encourage them to consider fostering or adopting. Next week, our CEO, Isadora Lanier is sharing some new considerations to be made in light of all that happened in 2020 when recruiting African-American foster and adoptive parents.
