This closing had a few challenges including the hot water heater breaking down flooding the entire first floor while it was listed for sale. We had to temporarily take the home off the market to repair the property and replace the hot water heater. This beautiful condo sold for full price and needless to say the sellers are happy campers.

I have been working with investors lately, but recently had the opportunity to help this young family secure their dream home after holding their hand for the past year which I love doing. This couple originally wanted to settle for a three bedroom home; however, after hard work and determination, they purchased a five bedroom like new home with an inviting screen porch in the city of their desire.
