I wrote a song called "A.S.K." in 1985 after reading Matthews 7:7-12. It was rehearsed and recorded in Rialto,CA on a Saturday morning and I performed it that same night (exclusively for the 3rd annual Anniversary of The Family Church.) I did all the Vocals. Jeff "Sly" Simon was on the Bass. and Bill Pope was on Keyboard. by the way, Jeff was a touring musician at that time for the late Ms.Natalie Cole.
