lding a loyal customer base. In the summer of 2007 I hired my first assistant and in August of that year I took my first vacation. While at the beach, I started getting phone calls that a major Atlanta bank had filed for bankruptcy, and loans were getting pulled off the closing table. I would later realize that this was the beginning of the crash. Luckily I had no idea at the time how bad it would get. By 2010 I acknowledged that if things didn't change I would have to get a "real job", and this was an issue, as all of my experience is in the real estate field. I finally put in place the marketing systems suggested in "The Millionaire Real Estate Agent" to enable me to reach more clients. Business slowly started to increase and over time we have built our team to include over 8 transaction coordinators and an Operations Manager. No one succeeds alone, and I'm so grateful to the people who helped promote us along the way and our awesome employees who give this career everything they've got in order to be the BEST! I'm truly blessed to have a growing business that gives me the opportunity to help others and provide employment for women and men.
