Sto Corp. is proud to celebrate an EIFS Industry Members Association (EIMA) 2025 EIFS Excellence Award for Universal Helios Grand Hotel!

Forge replicated the Gensler rendering with features such as textured plaster surfaces, warm earth tones and rhythmic symmetry, ensuring consistency and long-term performance across the envelope.

The complex geometry - including concave and convex elevations and hidden caulk joints - was challenging to execute. Prefabricated panels ensured precise alignment, architectural depth, and a dynamic surface that traditional methods could not achieve.

The result is a façade that blends artistry with precision , creating a striking architectural statement that complements the hotel’s luxurious interiors.

Thank you to owners Universal Orlando Resort and Loews Hotels, distributor Foundation Building Materials Orlando, architect Gensler, applicator FORGE Co USA and general contractor DPR Construction for trusting StoPanel Classic NExT ci with this project.
