This fire damaged bathroom had an outdated tub / shower setup that we upgraded to a modernized, walk-in shower! Brand new plumbing and fixtures, large subway-style marble tiles, marble mosaic shower flooring, and a frameless shower glass!

Fire, smoke, and mold caused extensive damages to the bathroom areas. We had to fully gut the damaged areas and install a completely new plumbing system that complies with local building codes and ordinances.

This bathroom originally had a small pedestal sink with a toilet directly next to it. We made use of the space for a larger, double sink vanity and put the toilet in a separate room for more privacy! Everyone loves a closed-off powder room to do your business right? 💩

This townhome had a leak upstairs that caused water damages and they gutted only half of the kitchen. We got the entire kitchen cabinetry approved for replacement through her insurance company. Upgraded white shaker cabinets with a beautiful Calacatta Leon Quartz countertop with matching backsplash and waterfall!
