The first step to great dishes is to have the best ingredients. We help Freight Kitchen & Tap achieve this goal by sourcing them only the best of the best.
The first dish is a peppercorn crusted filet with perfect sweet potatoes and asparagus. The second is a duck breast with fresh figs, blistered tomatoes, and seared hearts of palm.

Since last Spring, River Ridge High School has been running a food pantry out of their school store. Last week they had their very first distribution and were able to provide meals for families in the area for Thanksgiving week.
