📍10/5 & 10/6 from 7:30 - 10 PM at The CTR Atlanta, we present Discordant Structures by Jill Frank (Jill Frank) curated by ASHA Advisory & Management in partnership with Downtown Atlanta Inc.’s MAP Rover.

The video will be projected onto the Centennial Olympic Park Dr. facade of The Center Atlanta, next to State Farm Arena.

Discordant Structures combines footage of cheerleading and rugby practices across Georgia. Moving between the two sports, the video follows young athletes through repetitive drills and moments of intense coordination, tracing the exchange between mental and physical strain, control and vulnerability. A conversation between two young athletes guides viewers toward larger questions of trust, authority, belonging.

⚫️ What’s the MAP Rover?
A public art projection program (on wheels!), Downtown Atlanta Inc.’s MAP Rover illuminates city buildings and unexpected places with digital artwork, film, and photography. This custom built mobile art projection (MAP) unit is outfitted with an interior control room and a 20,000 lumen projector at the top.

🏀 Monday, it's NBA preseason, and our beloved Atlanta Hawks are taking on Memphis Grizzlies

💚 Tuesday, Charli is in town for her Music, Fashion, Film Tour at State Farm Arena

🎸Wednesday, we’re having lunch on the Broad Street Boardwalk and listening to some live music

🛍️Thursday, we’re going to score a fantastic outfit at Community Market ATL and wear it to the Jonas Brothers Burning Up All Over Again tour at State Farm Arena
