Today marks the finale of Stranger Things! I’ve poured my heart into this project for the last 4 years and I’m closing this chapter feeling deeply grateful.

This week I received my first Make-Up Artists & Hair Stylists Guild Award nomination for Best Period/Character Hairstyling. This means the world to me. To have period work, storytelling, and collaboration recognized by peers is something I’ll always carry with me.

Lando Commando! Not going to lie, these past few weeks have been some of the most rollercoaster emotions I’ve ever felt. As I reminisce of the incomparable energy you brought into every room, I remember how you were so loved and respected worldwide. I remember how infectious your smile was. You smiled through it all! The way you gave without thought…a true man of virtue. I saw a lot of myself in you brodie. We shared so many dimensions of life. I looked up to you brother. Anytime someone said Chicago, the next words from me was “You gotta know Commando”! I was so blessed to have known you. I looked up to you brother and I’m glad I got the opportunity to turn up with you one last time. Love you forever.
