Do you find yourself in a transition right now? So many of us are. Whether you’re beginning or ending a relationship, changing jobs or your kids have graduated and gone off to live their own lives, we have to find ways to let go. This art project is all about unpredictability and giving up control over the final product.
I’m playing with the ideas of perspective and boundaries in my painting. Both feel like powerful metaphors for life.
My artwork always reflects my mood, my history, and whatever I’m moving through emotionally. Even after changing my perspective and creating healthier boundaries, I’m realizing that growth still requires patience.
I can’t rush myself to the finish line, because the moment I force the process, I lose the meaning that unfolds along the way.
Maybe healing isn’t about getting somewhere quickly. Maybe it’s about learning how to stay present while becoming someone new. Join me at a retreat Omega Institute or Esalen
Have you ever felt like you are just in a messy stage of life?
I’m in a messy stage of life right now, and honestly… my artwork reflects that.
While I’m restructuring my business, stepping away from the traditional therapy model, and moving toward retreats, creativity, and speaking. It feels uncertain, vulnerable, and sometimes terrifying. This painting isn’t polished. Neither am I. But maybe growth looks messy before it becomes meaningful.

Stellar way to wrap up a busy work week with live music, watercolors, and dear friends. Thanks to and
Part 2: After failing at the first bubble painting attempt, I tried again and it got better so I’m coming back to make a few more paintings- i try to learn from my failures and not let them stop me.
It’s May and that means it’s Mental Health Awareness Month. My intention was to making a painting that I thought would be fun and calming. However, it ended up being frustrating and I had a lesson in patience, failure, and resilience. What more could you ask for in mental health awareness month? thank you to .nelson.art for the inspiration.
Part 2: I am taking a moment to recognize and be proud of personal growth through painting, meditation and awareness
Pamela paints as she reflects on what meditation has taught her. “Today I hit a milestone - 1000 days of consecutive meditation. At first it felt like a chore, now it is a craving. At first it was something that I did. Now it is who I am.” Thank you for this journey
