Everybody wants more clients… but are you doing the work to actually FIND them? 👀
When I got licensed in August 2021, I was a BRAND NEW agent trying to figure it out like everybody else.
By the end of the year, I had closed 3 deals.
And no… I wasn’t sitting around waiting for Zillow leads or my broker to hand me clients.
I joined Facebook groups.
I got in referral groups.
I stayed active in local community groups.
I posted on TikTok, Instagram, Threads, YouTube… whatever could get me visibility.
I even had quick messages saved in my notes app ready to send when agents were looking for someone in my area or people needed an agent.
The truth is, sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do to get what you want.
Too many agents are waiting on business instead of creating opportunities.
If you’re a new agent, stop overthinking and start MOVING. Your first client could literally come from one post, one comment, one group, or one conversation.

One thing about me, I truly LOVE being a closing attorney. There is something so rewarding about helping bring transactions to the finish line and seeing buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders all come together at the closing table.
Today I had the opportunity to facilitate FOUR closings, and while these were not my files, I was honored to step in and help ensure everything went smoothly at the closing table.
