The other week we got an email asking if they could learn more about Dreami for an article about startups…a few weeks later we were shocked to see us on the cover of the ! We are so honored to have our vision and story included among the other incredible startups working hard to change the world and make it more inclusive.

It has been hard work and a long road but moments like this help us realize just how important it is to keep going and keep implementing the change you want to see.

We feel incredibly grateful to say that we are an innovator of the Headstream program, bringing Dreami to Gen Z.

We couldn't be more proud that this program is supported by Pivotal Ventures, the innovation and incubation company created by Melinda Gates.

To give you an idea of what it took to make this announcement, this program received HUNDREDS of applications from equally deserving startups, and we were lucky to get a spot in the cohort of 12.

During our final interview, we gave it our all, sharing our passion and vision for Dreami for youth development.

Sometimes it is easy to read these announcements and forget the hard work, rejections and anxiety that comes with it, but today we savor our collective wins.

Thank you for all of your support, and we're ready to take on the future of education and career development for our youth.

When we first started to dive into why mentorship felt so inaccessible (we're talking 60% of people don't have mentors!), we quickly learned that companies, universities and non-profits were all attempting to run mentorship programs solely on spreadsheets.

It was clear to us that spreadsheets won't make something as complex and critical as mentorship accessible to everyone. We needed to create a better solution.

It's time to ditch the spreadsheets (and headache).

It's time to get Dreami.

We are always tracking the most effective methods for mentorship, coaching and career development, and we've seen in the research that Group mentorship is an incredible way to unlock career epiphanies, develop long lasting bonds and achieve major goals together.

Demo Day was a dream come true. I’ll be sharing our pitch and other awesome moments from Demo Day. But for now, I am so grateful for this opportunity of a lifetime.

This is a pretty awesome moment for us--I went to USC for my undergrad and it's awesome that almost 8 years later (what!!), I get to help kick-off International Women's Month with an awesome event for budding female founders.
