The last two years, I’ve joined the January challenge. Highly recommend joining for daily meditation and writing prompts. Reading Super Attractor during this challenge is helpful too.

My dearly loved grandmother, Eloise Salter, would have turned 100 today. She died a week before the pandemic started. It was one of the most moving moments of my life to hold her hand as her soul left her body. I miss her everyday and yet feel closer to her than ever.

I’ll be up w popcorn 🍿 for this one. I think things happen in 10 year cycles. I opened the doors to Dtox 10 years ago on my birthday Nov 12, 2011. However that narrative has been changed. I simply, naively, wanted to honor my dads memory and create something beautiful and healthy that helped people be beautiful and healthy - to show love by feeding people good food. What’s the name of the 📕, The Ugly Business of Being Beautiful. It’s about the modeling industry. Anyway, same sentiment. So many ups and downs, and quite frankly lots of ugly in this decade. I’m ready for what the next cycle holds. I hope it’s sweeter and filled w only what my heart and soul know is true.
