My beautiful friend started her own virtual fitness business, Goals and Grace, and has been killing it leading others to a healthier lifestyle! 💪🏼
Fun fact: she was one of my friends that helped me and encouraged me during my weight loss journey and helped me see the beauty of food. 😋
