Seats claimed. Bonds made.

This table is built on love, laughter, and unbreakable bonds. Surrounded by women who choose growth, grace, and each other.

Food feeds the body, but sisterhood feeds the soul.

Months of mood boards and floral sourcing led to this moment.

I had a very specific vision for this Mother's Day event. From the hand-pressed linens to the curated floral installs, every detail was a 'thank you' to the mothers in attendance.

I leaned into various shades of pink and bold textures to create an atmosphere as warm as a mother's embrace. We incorporated intimate lounge vignettes and traded a standard buffet for a boutique brunch experience.

There is nothing more fulfilling than designing a backdrop for memories that will last a lifetime. Seeing the beautiful ladies fill this space with laughter yesterday was the ultimate reward.

A very special thank you to the vendor partners and design team.

There’s something about a mother’s love - especially on your wedding day.

With Mother’s Day approaching, I’m reflecting on the beautiful, priceless moments shared between my brides and their mothers on their wedding days.

Honor your mother by including her in the heart of your wedding day. Whether it’s a private 'first look' before the ceremony, walking down the aisle together, a sentimental bouquet dedication, or a shared dance at the reception, these intentional moments create memories she will cherish forever."

Wedding Tip Wednesday

10 people you don't need to invite to your wedding:

1. People you've never met in person
2. Guests your parents want to invite (but you don't)
3. Childhood friends you haven't spoken to in years
4. Your ex (even if you're "still friends")
5. Plus ones you don't know at all
6. People who bring nothing but tension and drama
7. Colleagues you don't have a real relationship with
8. Relatives who criticize every decision you make
9. People who were never really part of your journey as a couple
10. Anyone you wouldn't go out to dinner with... but feel obligated to invite to your wedding

Which one would you remove first? đź‘€

At Exclusive Events by Lisa, we don't just plan events, we produce them. From creative direction and refined design to seamless ex*****on, every detail is curated so you can be fully present while we orchestrate the magic behind the scenes.

Your event deserves a producer, not a checklist. Elegance is produced, not managed. From creative direction with a concentrated focus on timelines, vendors, and guest experience, every element is curated to work in harmony for a live production. Anyone can collect ideas. Transforming them into a refined, cohesive experience requires expert planning, trusted vendor partnerships, and calm leadership where plans evolve.

You deserve to experience the moment. We orchestrate everything behind it. Guests should remember the experience - not the spreadsheets, timelines, or last minute pivots. An event producer makes sure you get to actually be present at your own event.

Effortless events are never accidental.
When an event feels flawless, it's because an experienced professional is managing every moving part quietly, anticipating needs, resolving issues discreetly, and maintaining flow from start to finish.

"To All the Ladies In the Place With Style and Grace"

Spring has sprung and Summer is on the horizon.

It's time to start planning for those Garden Party events and outdoor dining experiences.
One thing we're not afraid of here at Exclusive Events by Lisa is color! I love when we get to work with a number of colors to make a design pop!

For this Mother's Day Brunch, I knew I wanted to use various shades of color to create a vibrant yet girly event! The linens from Party Reflections set the perfect palette for bringing our design vision to life.

It's always great to work with an amazing team of vendor partners.

When the bride is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, it was only fitting to incorporate subtle elements of Carolina Blue into their wedding design.

Happy Anniversary to The Woods! One of my beautiful couples. Wishing you many, many more years of love and blessings!

Wedding themes I’m currently obsessed with. Not just colors, actual wedding moods.

Because here's the thing - your wedding shouldn't start with "I like blue" or "I want burgundy."

It should start with a feeling. Here's what I’m loving right now:

Vintage Ivory - "Old Money Romance"
Layered ivory tones, pearls, candlelight, antique details. Quiet luxury. Timeless elegance that will never fade.

Soft Bridgerton Colors - "Duchess Energy"
Powder pink, dusty blue, lavender, mint. Romantic florals, garden-party softness, royal ballroom vibes.

Baby Blue - "Something Blue, But Make It Main Character.” Monochrome blue draping, hydrangeas, statement florals. Clean, fresh, editorial.

Lemon Icing - "Sunshine Ceremony"
Buttery yellow, citrus details, soft whites. Joyful, light, Italian summer energy.

Apricot Mood - "Golden Hour Glow"
Warm peach and sunset tones. Soft candlelight. Romantic, feminine, glowing.

Matcha - "Modern Zen"
Sage and matcha greens, creamy neutrals, structured florals. Minimal, calm, effortlessly chic.

Espresso Martini - "After-Party Elegance"
Chocolate browns, deep neutrals, candlelit tables. Moody, modern, slightly sexy.

Burgundy - "Drama, Darling" Rich wine tones, velvet textures, deep florals.
Cinematic, bold, black-tie ready.

Bold Color Mix - "No Rules, Just Vibes" Unexpected colour combos, playful florals, fashion-forward energy. Fun, fearless, statement-making.

One of the biggest mistakes a couple can make? Choosing a color... without defining the mood.

Your theme should influence:
- florals
- lighting
- textures
- dress code
- table styling
- even the vibes of the music

That's when everything feels intentional instead of random.

So... which one are you? Comment your vibe below and save this for your wedding mood board.

For a bride who loves to read, we turned her bridal shower into a literary experience - chic, immersive, and filled with personal touches.

From the start, we knew this wasn't going to be your typical bridal shower. Every single element was custom designed to bring her love of books to life. Guests were welcomed through a draped entrance into a warm, layered space filled with velvet linens, curated florals, and textural details that softened the venue and transformed it into something unforgettable.

We sourced over 200 vintage books to build a Library Seating Chart, where guests found their names on real book spines - a moment that felt just as interactive as it did beautiful. There was a DIY bookmark station for guests to create their own, a custom pen engraving station with her monogram, and a Recipe Wall where everyone could leave handwritten notes and dishes for the future Mrs.

The florals were bold but romantic - the perfect blend to warm up the space. Every touch, from the tables to the signage, was layered with purpose.

This one was for the books - literally.
