The work that you put in today will show 6-8 months from now. We’re in the time of the year where the recruiting window is wide open.

College coaches have finished recruiting for the class of 2026, full focus has shifted to building boards for 2027. That means evaluation is at an all time high.

Get film out consistently and aggressively. Follow up aggressively with coaches you’ve spoken to in the past and get a clear answer on what is needed to be shown on film this upcoming season to make them want to pull the trigger and offer.

Your off the field work matter just as much as your on the field work.

Go and get everything you deserve!!

The recruiting process is a marathon, not a sprint.

Stay focused, stay consistent, and never stop improving. Your opportunity will meet your preparation🙏🏽

Most recruiting emails go unread. Personalize your outreach. Mention the coach’s name, their team, and why you’re interested in their program.

Give it a couple of weeks and if you don't get a response, copy and paste the same message and send it again. Your goal should be to stay at the top of that coaches inbox until you get a response either way.

Parents: Don’t wait until senior year to start the recruiting process. Coaches are scouting early. Get your son's name out there the moment you get varsity film.

Athletes: Twitter is your recruiting resume. Post your highlights, stay professional, and interact with coaches. Social media can open doors if you use it right.

The #1 thing college coaches look for in film is Efficiency. Show your best plays in the first 30 seconds. Don’t make them search for your talent

Great talent gets overlooked every year because athletes and parents think coaches will just ‘find them.’

In today's recruiting world, unless you are a 4 or 5 star athlete you won't be found if you aren't first putting yourself in front of coaches relentlessly. The front end work is a non negotiable.
