Hi! I’m Kim. I’m an artist, a lawyer, world traveler, and a social homebody. I’ve been riding my bike for 7yrs and can’t really remember much before then. I love zoning out but tuning in on the road and my thoughts. ⁣

I just moved to LA from Atlanta 6 months ago and I’m finally hitting the roads more. I can’t believe I’m still riding without freezing in January! 🌴⁣

Looking forward to sharing my rides and lifestyle, and to connecting with fellow riders (especially women), and anyone else who loves travel, adventure, and art.⁣

Been a minute since I re-introduced myself. I'm Kim. I asked a friend if he had to write a 2 sentence bio about me what would it say: "The lawyer who paints, travels, rides a motorcycle and if she wasn't bad ass enough...films all that sh*t to share it with the world. ...who doesn't wait for others to travel 'cause she is highly capable of doing it solo." 💥Here are five random facts about me:

1. Basketball was my first love, but I'm an all around athlete. I was a tomboy growing up and used to play tackle football with the boys. Was voted "Most Athletic" in high school. Also played softball and ran track. Junior year of HS, my knee popped out in a game and I had to have surgery. I'm still cold, but my knee was never the same so my WNBA dreams ended 😩.

2. I got my BBA at Howard University , and my JD at Emory Law.

3. I'm originally from Springfield, MA, but grew up in Atlanta since age 8. I also lived in DC for 10 yrs.

4. I've traveled to and hiked on every continent except Antarctica - I intend to round that out soon!

5. I've been to over 20 countries and countless domestic destinations solo..and counting. I used to be scared to travel by myself. Thought it would be lonely, boring, and unsafe. But once I started, I was addicted – and boom the Solo Wanderer was born.

Hence, the name of the city; the baths are some of the most famous natural hot springs because they were used by the ancient Romans during their rule in Britain to bathe, relax, pray and even receive olive oil massages. The temperature of the springs rises to about 114.8 degrees everyday. You can see the steam coming off it. You are looking at the Great Bath from the terrace and below. There is also a scared pool, cold plunge pools inside if you wanted to cool off, along with saunas, steam rooms and changing rooms. Essentially what our modern day spas mimic. Jeju, anyone?⁣

I’ve been enjoying having no agenda lately. Doing the bare minimum. Burnout is real. When you start losing joy for the things you know you love, it’s time to take a step back. I haven’t even gone on a trip and there’s nothing objectively stopping me.

Lately, I haven’t been posting. And when I do, I post only when I feel like it (as opposed to when the algorithm says I should). And I’m posting what I feel like (as opposed to what I think people want to see or what looks good for my grid). I’ve been feeling like social media is taking my focus away from my art and path. Too much time and energy worrying about what other people are doing or who is seeing and liking my s**t instead of making the s**t I want people to see great. You gotta have that if I build it they will come mentality. I’m not really a consumer on here so unless your page comes before me in the few scrolls I give, don’t be mad if I don’t like your stuff. I just don't see it. That said, if you do see my content and never like it, why are you following me? I won’t be mad to see you go and give space to those who are interested.⁣
