Your gut is not just a digestive organ. It’s a command center. 🌿

Here’s what the research actually tells us:
🧠 The gut contains approximately 500 million neurons
🌀 It produces around 95% of the body’s serotonin
🛡️ Over 70% of your immune system lives there

And it communicates with your brain constantly through the vagus nerve. A two-way communication line where your thoughts affect your digestion and your digestion affects your emotions.
