Thinking back to my time in Scottsdale. is a magician with a camera. I met so many talented ladies there and want to continue growing my community and learning from them. 🖤

Entrepreneurship can be isolating but taking the brave step outside your comfort zone to connect with people and have real conversations is where the real growth happens. You become a mirror to what you want and are able to connect with people who are on this same journey as you.

Speaking to a client tonight, she reminded me of how beautiful growth can be. Yeah it’s filled with the tears and the hard looks into the parts you don’t like about yourself, but at the end of the day who you are is extremely unique. So long as you continue to work on that part of you, you’ll always find your way and you’ll attract those like minded people that you want to be around too.

Live in love, live in truth, and let it be easy, even when it feels hard. 🖤

Companies are there for YOU, people are their greatest asset, and at the end of the day a company is NOTHING without their employees.

You need to be the CEO of your own career.

The biggest mistake I see people make is letting the company feel bigger than them.

You're ultimately in control. And when you carry yourself that way, you'll feel more confident, make better decisions, and have better discussions around your career, your monetary worth, and the boundaries you set.

This is YOUR life, you're in charge. You just so happen to be a part of a group of people who are working towards a common goal. Be the CEO.
