I've had this conversation so many times about the number of short term rentals in an area, and will that hender someone from making money.
In all honesty the saturation of short term rentals on the market could hender the profits of another short term rental business. The important thing I like to teach my clients is to find their niche and do everything to make them stand out. Don't be afraid to offer extra services, have unique theme's ect. Don't be afraid to use unconventional ways to market your units. Its all about putting in the work and finding out what works best for you.
