I travel this country and its wonders never cease to amaze me. Coaching has brought me tremendous joy, but it also brings a constant challenge — the urge to be different and to do more.

Each year I’m entrusted with 11–12 new faces, young athletes navigating the world of volleyball and life at the same time. My responsibility is helping them see the greatness within themselves, especially when others may have overlooked it.

It’s not easy work, but it’s meaningful work.

I never played the sport, but through hard work, study, and dedication I found my place in it. That journey reminds me that passion and commitment can open doors you never expected.

To all of my players — past, present, and those still to come — know this: you are special. I will always be committed to helping you chase your dreams.

Just do your part… because you are my why.

Great performances aren’t perfect.
They’re the result of consistent work behind the scenes.

We talked the past two weeks about being more disciplined and doing your job. Playing our game and being a good teammate. This weekend in one of the most competitive tournaments in the region…we did that! Finish tied for 5th in gold. So proud of them. Truly blessed to see the efforts given from all 13 of them. In order to be great, we gotta be together. Next stop Commanders Cup. . .west

Man… another great showcase in the books. So proud of this kid and her desires and determination. 7-1 during the 6v6. Not too shabby. Way to lead your group. Shout out to all the hard workers out there tonight. No running a court for me tonight….straight daddy mode. Proud of ya kid.
