Let us practice our minfulness with this video.
Stop- We first need to stop what we are doing, and clear the mind. Clearing the mind of worry and everyday problems can be difficult. We can over come this by focusing on the task at hand, or focusing on our breath.
Apreciate- Apreciate the moment. The moment we are in is the only one that matters. Embrace the present. The past is gone, and the future has not yet arrived. We are truly grateful for this moment.
Wait- Wait for your meditation to be over. Enjoy a mind that is free to go where it pleases. Wait in this state of nothingness for as long as you want to or need to. Your consciousness is now one with everything. At this point, you are ready. Ready for anything life throws at you!
After this video you will realize that you forgot about the troubles of your day and now are revitalized, energized, and prepared to continue your day. Enjoy your day with your new sense of self awareness, mindfulness, consciousness.

1️⃣Stop- Stop what you are doing and clear your mind
2️⃣Breathe- Breathe in and out, focus only on your breath. Divert all thoughts to this. The reason you are doing this is to clear your mind. This is very important for relaxation.
3️⃣Think- Once you have cleared your mind and relaxed your body completely. Turn your thoughts inward. Think about how you feel, what you are dealing with, What emotions do you have? This will help you find the right path, You just need to stick with it.
