Five years ago — on Leap Day 2021 — Precious Peeks served its very first patient.

This month, we’re celebrating five years of caring for mothers across Georgia and surrounding states.

Over the past five years, I’ve personally performed and overseen imaging for approximately 3,000 patients — from early pregnancy through high-risk monitoring.

I’m also incredibly grateful to have recently been recognized by Who’s Who in America for contributions to maternal diagnostic services. That recognition truly reflects the trust and support of the families we’ve served.

But what matters most to me is this:

Every mother deserves access to clear, timely, and compassionate diagnostic care — no matter her birth plan.

Born on 02/29/2021, Precious Peeks Maternal-Fetal Imaging began with a simple mission: strengthen diagnostic access for mothers across Georgia.

Five years later, including collaborative service within OB practices, I’ve personally performed and overseen imaging for approximately 3,000 patients across independent and practice-based settings.

I’m also grateful to have recently been recognized by Who’s Who in America for contributions to maternal diagnostic services.

But more than recognition, what matters most is this:

No matter how or where a woman chooses to birth — hospital, birth center, or home — access to timely, clinically integrated ultrasound should remain strong.

Georgia continues to face maternal health disparities, particularly impacting Black women. As more families explore diverse birth options, maintaining consistent diagnostic continuity is essential to protecting outcomes.

Precious Peeks supports that continuity through:

• Mobile diagnostic fetal ultrasounds performed in-home
• Dedicated ultrasound support for Georgia’s homebirth and midwifery community
• In-house Level I & Level II ultrasound services for OB practices
• Perinatal (MFM) interpretation and virtual consultation coordination

Our focus has always been collaboration — strengthening diagnostic infrastructure so providers and mothers alike have reliable information when it matters most.
