Something I remind myself on Sundays: rest isn't the opposite of progress. Some of the clearest thinking I've done about my business happened when I wasn't working at all. The ideas that move things forward rarely show up when you're grinding. They show up when you finally give them room to.

Most people underestimate how much their environment shapes their output. The space you work in, the people you're around, the noise level in your head. What are you doing to intentionally shape yours?

The companies getting the most out of video aren't the ones spending the most money. They're the ones who know exactly what they're trying to say before they ever hit record. Clarity before cameras. Strategy before style. That order matters more than most people realize.

Certainty isn't something you wake up with. It's something that gets built over time when you pay attention to what's actually working.

Six years into running my business and I still have weeks where I question everything. The difference now isn't that the doubt goes away. It's that I've built enough track record to look back and trust the trajectory. Not because I figured it all out on my own, but because God's been faithful through every season I couldn't see clearly.

This week, we had the really exciting and unique privilege to speak on the topic of video storytelling at the and how it can impact non-profit efforts, make a difference in the work that’s being done in the community, and ultimately empower these organizations to reach more people. As a way to give back to our community, in partnership with the foundation - we also raffled off a video package and are excited to be working with in the coming months!
