They say some people never run a marathon in their lifetime… I ran two in one month.

The first one was to see if I could do it. The second was to prove I could do it better.

This race wasn’t just physical, it was mental, emotional, spiritual. The doubts were heavy. The moments of wanting to quit were real. But I held on to one thing… I promised my daughter I would bring her my medal. She may not fully understand what it means, but to me, it meant everything. That promise carried me when my legs felt done and my mind was trying to convince me to stop.

And then mile 24 hit…
I felt like I had nothing left. Empty. That moment where everything in you is telling you it’s over.
Then my brother called me and asked what mile I was on. I told him 24. He said, “ Know who you are. You’re almost there. Dig deep and bring it home.”

That was it. That was the reminder I needed.
Step by step, I kept going.Moment by moment, I chose not to quit.
And when it was all said and done, I didn’t just finish… I beat my first time by 17 minutes.

This may or may not be something I ever do again, but it showed me something I’ll carry forever… I have more fight in me than I ever realized.
Mission accomplished. 🏁

Some people don’t find themselves until later in life, so they lead with tough love more than love itself. But with her, I’m intentional every single day. I speak life into her. I pour into her. I give (within reason lol).

Some may say she’s spoiled but I say she’s deserving of it all.

I never get tired of making her smile. She is truly God-sent

Here’s our weekend recap. Love Day was a success 💗

“Girl Dad”
I learned early that absence creates awareness.
My father’s absence taught me the importance of being present.
So I’m here! Actively and Intentionally.

To my daughter:
Think kindly. Live mindfully.
You will become what you believe.

Know that time is sacred.
You may lose it, spend it, even give it away
but my time with you is never wasted.
I’ll always be here.

Most men don’t hate women —
they hate themselves and don’t know it yet.

What if the reason you can’t love
is because you never learned how to feel it?

This verse is about being honest.
It’s about men taking responsibility.

You don’t change the system by fighting it —
you change it by changing yourself.
Healing men changes families.
Changing families changes the world.

Releasing fear, ego, and outdated identities.
Letting go of what I’ve outgrown.
Trusting my intuition and choosing alignment.
Making space for clarity, creativity, and divine flow. 🔥✨

As this year comes to an end, I’m choosing consistency over perfection.
New Year’s resolutions don’t start on a date—they start with intent.
Be intentional. Choose alignment every day.

This is for every woman who ever forgot her worth.
For the ones who learned to hide their hurt behind powder and paint,
not knowing that healing fixes what makeup never could, You’ve been taught to cover, to shrink, to doubt but it’s time to see yourself again.
You were beautiful long before anyone tried to convince you otherwise.
When you return to your natural self, you return to your power.
The world may have judged you, men may have failed to see you, but your spirit never stopped recognizing your light.
Your real beauty was never something you had to create.
And like the chorus says: love yourself, girl… or nobody will.”

This is Track 6 from my album Youniverse: ID–EGO–Superego,
a piece called The Original You
