Originally the name of my company was called Time Is Money Empire, Inc.
Registered in 2ď¸âŁ0ď¸âŁ1ď¸âŁ9ď¸âŁ âŚ
And, no lie.. it was built in survival mode.
It was bold. It was loud. It matched the season I was in â grinding, figuring things out as I went, making something out of nothing.
But letâs be honest: that name doesnât fit anymore. đđž
The work I do now is deeper. Itâs cleaner. Itâs strategic, not just scrappy. Iâm not building off adrenaline and instinct anymore â Iâm building off clarity, systems, and long-term vision.
So Iâve changed the name (still kept the age) wink đ
Not because the old one was wrong, but because it was time to outgrow what was never meant to carry me this far.
My firm now owns three different subsidiaries through the combination of Ownerâs Equity and OPM since the Banks love the dead language of Latin.
As Derrick Whitehead would say..
âYou Donât Do Business To Get Money.. You Get Money To Do Businessâ
If youâre building something real, you eventually reach the point where your identity has to catch up with your capability.
Thatâs where I am.
Time Is Money was the hustle.
Whatâs next is the legacy.

Normally, I donât make emotional posts but people love to say, âBe humble.â
But letâs be realâwhat they really mean is:
âDonât aim too high.â
âStay in your place.â
âBe grateful for what you have and stop reaching for more.â
But based on this definition?
To be humble is to keep a low estimate of your own importance?
To associate yourself with low rank and position?
Thatâs not the game Iâm playing.
I was raised in a humble environmentâbut I refuse to carry a humble mindset.
Iâve been the underdog.
Iâve done the work.
And Iâve built something real from the inside out.
So no, I wonât dim my light to make others comfortable.
I wonât suppress my drive to fit someone elseâs definition of âmodesty.â
And Iâm not shrinking for anyone.
Because the truth isâ
Humility isnât about thinking less of yourself.
Itâs about knowing exactly who you are and moving with purpose.
And I know who I am.
A builder. A visionary. A leader.
And Iâm just getting started.

Upgrading the CRMs for Time Inc Agency and Internal Foundations Consulting Wasnât Just a Tech Move⌠It Was a Leadership Move, tbh.
Lately, Iâve been deep in refining our CRM systems, not to impress anyone, but to simplify everything.
Because at a certain point, the real bottleneck isnât my effort as Head of Strategy⌠itâs disorganization (which is a huge pet-peeve for me).
Missed follow-ups, dropped leads, inconsistent communication, that stuff adds up fast, which is how most businesses collapse internally.
Upgrading the CRMs for both of my agencies has helped us automate client touchpoints, keep pipelines warm (without chasing) and allowed me to focus on the overall company strategy from a birds eye view instead micromanaging.
If you're scaling or just tired of wearing 12 hats at once, a solid CRM isnât optional.
Itâs how you shift from surviving to leading.
This is the unglamorous part of growth that actually makes the rest possible.

Okay Meta Family, you know Monday is R&D Day for me â which should be a perfect reminder to let you know that growth doesnât happen by accident.

Last week, I attended a Fracional COO Roundtable, hosted by Jen Hamilton which allowed me to connect with other Strategists and Advisors in the Operational Management space to share what makes us stand out from our colleagues / competitors, identifying and sharing unique value propositions, small wins and other insightful discussions.
I strongly recommend and encourage others in our niche to connect with Jen to learn more âźď¸
Also, this past Wednesday, I didnât post the R&D recap due to more important developments at Internal Foundations Consulting.

With that being said, R&D should be paramount for growth in your practice, no matter the industry.

For example, this past week Iâve had to consider refinements to my Personal Brand as an Executive vs being an Advisor / Strategist - deciphering between Growth Content vs Converting Content.
And, as Head of State at IFC, Iâve had to consider trimming the fat around our Low Ticket, Mid-Ticket, and High Ticket Offers to best serve our Team, Client, Vendors, Partners and Community.
