Soft reminder: wellness isn’t always complicated.
Sometimes healing looks like slowing down… replenishing your body… and giving yourself what you actually need. Coconut water contains natural electrolytes and minerals that can support hydration, energy, and overall nourishment throughout daily life.
Tiny rituals matter.
What you pour back into yourself matters too. 🌿🥥
A simple electrolyte blend during pregnancy:
• coconut water
• fresh lime or lemon
• a pinch of sea salt
• sliced cucumber or berries
