Congrats to Ackerman & Co.’s Stephen Lapierre and Wyatt Whitaker for closing the sale of a former 6,440 SF Meineke Car Care Center in Woodstock, GA. Stephen and Wyatt represented the seller in the $1.7-million transaction. The buyer, Killian Automotive, is expanding in Northwest Georgia and will open its newest car repair center at the site, located at 9777 Highway 92. Great work by our brokers in positioning this property for its next chapter!
