This Mario Brothers cake was so much fun to make for a very special 4 year old. Chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream, raspberry filling and covered in chocolate ganache and then fondant.

I am honored to be a part of the volunteer team at the Ronald McDonald House of Northern Idaho. I get the privilege of baking for the guests and staff on a weekly basis. Today’s treats were chocolate covered Oreos.
