The Stur is a community based Teen Talk Show. The Stur was created to give voice to urban community youth.
It is produced by Brother To Brother International LLC, It is facilitated at the East Cleveland Public Library in East Cleveland, Ohio.

E. Cleveland Schools CEO turning district around Changes are happening with East Cleveland City Schools, and it starts at the top. CEO Dr. Henry Pettigrew II said for the last 15 years, the district has received a grade of F; now the curriculum is under construction.
